About the Role & Program

We are ESPN Creative Studio, the creative arm of ESPN Marketing, producing a variety of advertising pieces to promote a full range of sports properties, shows, products and services to our fans.We are responsible for designing, developing and delivering promotional media for television, print, digital platforms, and more, to meet the needs of our marketing teams and support our sports brands and external sponsors. The approximate dates of this internship are September - December 2026.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with pulling footage, research, and scriptwriting while gaining handson postproduction experience for TV, radio, and social tunein campaigns

  • Contribute to campaign development discussions by sharing insights and creative ideas

  • Support the needs of the Creative Team by collaborating closely with Writers, Producers, and Designers, contributing ideas, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and work effectively with colleagues

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Related education in TV production and marketing, with a demonstrated interest in creative campaign development

  • Creative writing skills and familiarity with concept development for advertising and promotional content

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong attention to detail and presentation

  • Passion and knowledge of professional and collegiate sports

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated interest and experience in the creative side of sports marketing

  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for the ESPN brand

  • Familiarity with music and popculture trends for influence in the production of promotional materials

  • Understanding of key marketing mediums including TV, print, digital, and social channels

Education

  • Senior year preferred

  • Major orpreviouscoursework in Marketing, Sports Media, Writing, Film or related major preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meetall ofthe below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currentlyparticipatingin a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • Fully available from Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship,40 hourseach week

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York City area

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in LOCATION is $22.50 per hour.
