Job description

The Partner Program Manager leads the operations and continuous improvement of the InterSystems Partner Program. Initially, a primary focus of the role will be evaluating partner program processes, systems, and tools and implementing operational improvements and automation to increase efficiency, scalability, and improve the partner experience. Success requires the ability to assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus across cross-functional teams, and drive change through successful implementation. Over time, the role will evolve to lead additional initiatives and cross-functional projects that support changing business priorities and contribute to the company's continued growth. By creating efficient, scalable processes and delivering a positive partner experience, this role helps strengthen partner engagement and supports InterSystems' broader business objectives.
Responsibilities
Program Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the Partner Program, delivering an exceptional partner experience while providing guidance to partners and internal stakeholders on program policies, benefits, processes, and requirements.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Partner Program, including administration of partner tools and systems such as SharePoint, the Partner Directory, Partner Portal, and Competency Tracker.
  • Manage partner governance activities, including renewals, compliance, and program benefit administration.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to evaluate current processes and implement operational changes to improve Partner Program efficiency and scalability through automation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve partner engagement and the overall partner experience.
  • Ensure consistent communication of program updates to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support partner onboarding and promote ongoing program participation.

Operations & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure partner engagement, program effectiveness, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze partner performance, program adoption, engagement trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data quality across partner systems and program records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Learning Services, Marketing, Legal, CRM, Product, and other cross-functional teams to support program execution.
  • Build alignment and consensus across stakeholders to successfully implement new processes and initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve program effectiveness and support evolving business priorities.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in partner programs, partner operations, channel management, or a related business operations role.
  • Experience with Pega, PRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools; experience with workflow automation platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Logical and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
