We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives for a leading insurance client. In person client collaboration is important for this role and there is an on client site requirement 4 days a week.

  • 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in health insurance or healthcare environments
  • Proven experience managing resource planning and capacity management across multiple projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred

Location Requirement:

  • Must be able to work onsite in Boston, MA four days per week

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090.
