Job Details:

Summary:

The purpose of this position is to partner with the enabling functions and business groups in administering the planning execution and reporting of domestic and international compliance program elements to include the following risk areas: licensing and social compliance activities for Tyson and Cobb and global compliance programs; and the preservation activities associated with each element.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Tyson Foods' enterprise license and permit governance framework.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the in-scope licenses and permits for the organization.

  • Maintain a centralized inventory of licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, and related regulatory obligations across Tyson Foods' global operations.

  • Establish and maintain policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring related to license and permit management.

  • Evaluate regulatory risks associated with changes in ownership structures, employment models, business operations, and legal entities.

  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and metrics related to licensing and permitting compliance.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and emerging requirements that may impact Tyson Foods' licensing and permitting obligations.

  • Support the Human Rights Director in the administration and continuous improvement of Tyson Foods' Social Audit Program.

  • Coordinate audit preparation activities and information collection efforts across Tyson Foods facilities.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience: 5+ years of related experience

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills are required for maintaining and reporting of compliance programs; and familiarity with SAP transactions.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include the ability to prepare and present program material to large and small audiences.

Position Specific Skills: Analytical and organizational skills to include budgeting and knowledge of compliance regulations and policy application.
