Pay is $18:30 per hour.

CANDIDATES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR TYSON FOODS OR TYSON AFFILIATES 3 OR MORE TIMES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE.

MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS TASKED BY ADMINISTRATION.
MUST BE SAFE AND OBSERVE ALL OF TYSONS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

Stacker Labor
Job Description Summary
The Stacker Labor employee is responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing packaged product for palletizing and further processing. This position supports continuous product flow, packaging efficiency, and workplace safety while maintaining compliance with Tyson policies, food safety standards, and procedures in a fresh food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stack packaged product onto pallets or designated staging areas according to specifications
Ensure proper stacking patterns, alignment, and stability of product loads
Monitor product flow to prevent backups, damage, or mis-stacking
Remove damaged or defective packages from the line and report issues
Maintain clean and organized work areas around stacking and palletizing stations
Assist with pallet changes, slip sheets, and load preparation
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements
Comply with OSHA regulations and Tyson safety policies
Use proper lifting techniques and safe material-handling practices
Communicate effectively with line operators and supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned
Fresh Plant Environment Expectations
Work directly with packaged freshproductin temperature-controlled environments
Adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and contamination prevention standards
Wear required PPE, including gloves, hairnets, and protective footwear
Work in cold, wet, or humid conditions typical of a fresh plant environment

Ability to follow stacking patterns and instructions accurately
