Aryaka is seeking a Strategic Sales Director to drive our expansion in the Mid Atlantic Territory. This is a unique opportunity to be a sole contributor and make your mark in the high-growth SASE market. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within your territory. Leverage your deep understanding of the SASE landscape to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strategic Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at leading enterprises. Act as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate their digital transformation with Aryaka's cutting-edge solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Use your consultative selling skills to understand customer pain points and position Aryaka as the go-to solution.
  • Customer Retention: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Work closely with cross-functional teams to retain and grow your existing customer base.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Proven Sales Success: A track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving growth in a technology sales environment, preferably within the networking, cloud, or security sectors.
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, and related network security solutions. You understand the competitive landscape and can articulate Aryaka’s unique value proposition.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, from technical stakeholders to C-suite executives.
  • Self-Motivated: You are a driven, self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, results-oriented environment. You take ownership of your territory and are motivated by success.
  • Innovative Mindset: You’re not just selling products; you’re solving problems. You think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table to meet customer needs.

Short-Term Goals: 

  • Within the first 30 days, learn Aryaka’s value proposition and product offering
  • Within the first 90 days, start growing a pipeline

Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of strategic selling to CIO’s and CISO’s within the SD-WAN and Network Security Industry
  • Strong relationships leading to quick pipeline building
  • Experience selling into enterprise customers
  • Proven over-quota achievement
  • Understanding of effective questions to ask during meetings
  • Ability to create and deliver powerful presentations face-to-face or over web conferencing that frames how Aryaka’s products will improve the way a customer’s business operates

Location: Washington DC or Philadelphia are the preferred locations. This is a remote role with travel required to customer locations and company events.
