The Sales Strategy team is responsible for the design and evolution of Microsoft Advertising's sales model - owning the vision and the path forward.
Who We Are Looking for:

The ideal candidate is a solid collaborator with exceptional communication, planning, and execution skills. Success in this role requires deep advertising industry experience and firsthand knowledge of how scaled demand-generation motions are designed, operationalized, and brought to market.

  • Process Improvements: Partner with key teams (e.g., Readiness, Sales Leadership, Field Sales Excellence) to drive and land enhancements in processes.
  • Sales Model Evolution: Deeply understand our omni-channel products, sales processes, and pain points. Make recommendations to evolve holistic sales model efforts to deliver MSA's Omnichannel vision.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across MSA to integrate the Agency Strategy and Operating Model seamlessly into internal processes and the rhythm of the business.
  • Being a Learn-it-All: Continuous education on ties to Microsoft and Industry strategies.
