As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for setting the overall sales vision, strategy, and execution for D Volt’s growth in power infrastructure solutions. This executive-level role drives revenue, expands market share, and builds a scalable sales organization in a high-demand industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead, hire, and develop the sales leadership and team.
  • Oversee major accounts, partnerships, and complex deal closures.
  • Collaborate with executive team on pricing, product strategy, and market expansion.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and sales performance KPIs.
  • Forecast revenue and manage sales operations effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 8–12+ years of sales leadership experience, with 4+ years at director level or above.
