Director of Sales

Location: Remote

On Target Earning: $150,000-$210,000

(Base Pay: $90,000 w/ Bonus Potential)

The Director of Sales will lead and grow our large account membership business. This high-impact role is responsible for driving membership sales, executing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet the organization’s growth and profitability goals. The ideal candidate is a goal-driven leader with a proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly in large account management.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities:

  • The Director of Sales will lead sales efforts for the Large Account Membership channel and support Retail Membership initiatives as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with large account clients; identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals.
  • Build and execute strategic plans to drive future membership growth and meet both short- and long-term sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Finance, Marketing, and AMCN Membership Division) to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • The Director of Sales develops per-transport and per-member-per-month pricing strategies aligned with target customer demographics.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Large Account Membership channel, ensuring alignment with contractual and operational requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, communications, and marketing materials.
  • The Director of Sales will monitor and report on performance metrics; ensure strategic priorities and growth objectives are met.
  • Serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the National Director of Membership Operations, contributing to overall business development and operational effectiveness.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Proven Success in Sales process implementation and market strategy execution.
  • Experience in the health insurance or healthcare finance industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-level sales presentations to executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategy, sales technology, and presentation tools.
