Responsibilities:

  • Create a healthy culture, build structure, and execute systems across the restaurant
  • Attract, retain and develop the team
  • Operate at a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Enhance guest experience to grow the business and brand
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage financial expenses including labor, food cost, and other controllables
Required:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service operations
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
