Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Operations Support Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring data integrity within HR systems, and providing administrative coordination to maintain seamless site operations.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the Onboarding Journey: Act as the primary point of contact for new hires and managers to deliver a world-class onboarding experience and ensure all pre-hire requirements are completed on time.

  • Collaborate for Operational Success: Partner with internal HR stakeholders and business leaders to coordinate team meetings, manage supply inventory, and align new employees with their respective teams.

  • Ensure Compliance and Data Integrity: Perform regular data audits within internal HR systems and maintain strict adherence to customer-specific program requirements and local labor standards.

  • Clearance & Access Coordination: Guide team members through the complexities of government clearances, from initial fingerprinting to final clearance decision.

  • Status Advocacy: Keep a pulse on the clearance pipeline, proactively following up on pending items to keep the team moving forward.

  • Information Security: Maintain highly organized and secure records, ensuring our tracking systems are always current and reliable.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an onboarding, administrative, or operations support role.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite (specifically Sheets and Slides) or Microsoft Office equivalents; experience with Workday is a plus.

  • Proven ability in project management and relationship building, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven track record in navigating government security lifecycles, including personnel vetting, background investigations, and federal credentialing standards

  • Education/Certification: High School Diploma required; ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance where applicable.

What We Offer:

  • Salary details: $23.00/hour

  • Set schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (OT may be required).

  • Location: 8600 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX

  • Temporary position that could convert to a permanent position.

  • Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.
