ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

TheOperations Analyst at SALI is mainly responsible for preparing, processing, anddocumenting wire activity as instructed by our clients in a timely andprofessional manner.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Process investment fund subscription, redemptions, and documentation.
  • Process limited partner investment and redemptions according to fund terms.
  • Assist with investment tracking and compliance.
  • Help set up and maintain a data portal for customers.
  • Help maintain data in Salesforce.
  • Participate in team projects, assignments, and team responsibilities such as continual process improvement and strengthening of business controls.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-year college degree.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Broad range understanding of financial or investment services.
  • 2+ years professional work experience.
  • Must work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong quantitative skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Fund administration, RIA, financial brokerage firm or banking experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities, assignments, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent PC-related skills (Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook or other applications) a necessity.
  • Shows initiative, self-motivated, professional demeanor, and desire to learn.
