The Financial Advisor role is focused on delivering high-quality advice, managing relationships, and being a key contributor to client experience.

Salary and Benefits

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans (cash flow, tax strategies, investments, retirement, estate planning, risk management)
  • Conduct in-depth client discovery meetings to understand goals and priorities
  • Guide clients through implementation alongside internal support teams
  • Meet regularly with clients to review, update, and refine plans
  • Monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with client strategies
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver well-rounded advice
  • Delegate non-advisory tasks to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM
  • Participate in client events and contribute to an exceptional client experience
  • Contribute to firm initiatives and recommend process improvements
  • Bring a collaborative, team-first approach to the organization

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in financial services (planning, banking, investments, insurance, etc.)
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Team-oriented with a high standard of professionalism
