Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Facilities Management

  • Take a leading role in the implementation, monitoring, and daily maintenance of the school?s operational standards of excellence (Ship Shape).

  • Manage building safety, security protocols, and crisis prevention plans to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff.

  • Oversee facilities maintenance requests, vendor relationships, and logistical coordination to ensure peak building performance.

Culture, Discipline & MTSS Support

  • Partner with school leadership to implement school-wide student discipline policies and PBIS frameworks fairly and consistently as part of the school?s Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).

  • Foster a high-performance building culture by actively contributing to student events, graduation planning, and mentoring initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with Fusion school support teams to align campus-level operational execution with network-wide strategic goals.

Enrollment, Retention & Data Systems

  • Drive building-level student recruitment, intake logistics, and student onboarding/offboarding processes to stabilize and grow the student enrollment.

  • Monitor daily student attendance tracking, enrollment pipelines, and lead response times, ensuring all administrative databases are updated in real-time.

  • Execute logistics for state-mandated compliance, including scheduling, and resource allocation.

Financial Stewardship & Administration

  • Manage the building-level operational budget, processing purchase requests, travel tracking, and resource allocation with high fiscal responsibility.

  • Administer daily lunch programs, front-desk workflows, and general office logistics to guarantee frictionless day-to-day operations.
