Position Description: We are looking for a strategic and detail oriented Director of Purchasing for our GPO serving Skilled Nursing Facilities, based in Monsey, NY. The Director will lead procurement strategy across medical supplies, equipment, and services for our SNF member facilities. The role owns vendor selection and negotiation, contract management, cost-savings initiatives, and performance reporting. This is a full-time, in-person position with predictable weekday hours and full benefits.

Qualifications of the Director of Purchasing:


  • 5+ years of purchasing or supply chain leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, SNF, or GPO settings

  • Proven track record negotiating contracts with medical suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers

  • Strong financial analysis and cost-modeling skills

  • Experience managing vendor relationships, RFP processes, and contract compliance

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities of the Director of Purchasing:


  • Lead procurement strategy for SNF medical supplies, equipment, and services

  • Negotiate and manage GPO contracts with manufacturers and distributors
