Das erwartet Sie:
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams: Fachliche Führung des Einkaufsteams (ca. 4 Mitarbeiter), Durchführung von Recruiting- und Einarbeitungsprozessen sowie regelmäßigen Beurteilungsgesprächen zur Förderung der Mitarbeiterentwicklung.
  • Einkaufsstrategie: Erarbeitung und Implementierung einer langfristigen und nachhaltigen Einkaufsstrategie unserer verschiedenen Warengruppen, unter Berücksichtigung nationaler und internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte sowie wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Zielsetzungen. Insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund einer nachhaltigen Beschaffung.
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Verantwortung für unser gesamtes Lieferantenmanagement und dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung im Rahmen einer Lebensmittel-Zertifizierung.
  • Vertrags- und Verhandlungsführung: Führung von Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen sowie Erstellung und Prüfung von Liefer- und Rahmenverträgen unter Beachtung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und interner Compliance-Richtlinien.
  • Einkaufscontrolling: Erstellung und Analyse relevanter Einkaufskennzahlen, Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Kostenstrukturen, Lieferperformance und Prozessqualität.
  • Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement: Gewährleistung der Qualität eingekaufter Waren, Bearbeitung von Lieferantenreklamationen und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung in der Liefer- und Versorgungskette.
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Koordination und Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Schnittstellen im Unternehmen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser und effizienter Prozessabläufe.
