Director of Purchasing – Long-Term Care

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Director of Purchasing to oversee procurement operations across our long-term care facilities.

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior purchasing experience specifically in long-term care or healthcare settings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage purchasing operations for multiple skilled nursing facilities

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors

  • Ensure timely ordering and delivery of medical, dietary, and facility supplies

  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs across buildings

  • Standardize purchasing processes and ensure compliance

  • Work closely with Administrators, DONs, and department heads

Requirements:

  • Previous purchasing experience in long-term care is required

  • Strong understanding of SNF operations, supplies, and vendor landscape
