Overview of Responsibilities -
The Director will spearhead the strategic marketing vision, driving the entire user journey from acquisition to long-term retention. This role requires a transformative leader who can craft and execute a high-impact, data-driven marketing strategy that amplifies growth, elevates user engagement, and strengthens brand loyalty. The Director will foster close collaboration with cross-functional leaders and teams to integrate marketing efforts seamlessly into the broader business, navigating complex operational needs to support the company's objectives. As a key contributor to the executive team, this leader will play an instrumental role in defining the company's market positioning and ensuring our offerings remain competitive, innovative, and customer centric.
Essential Job Duties -
  • Led cross-functional teams, including retention marketing, user acquisition, social media, partnership activation, and competitive intelligence, to drive the execution of growth initiatives.
  • Drive the company's end-to-end growth, lead revenue funnel.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional leaders and departments to support the complex operational components of the business.
  • Execute targeted programs to build, attract, engage, and convert, generating demand with target user segments to drive predictable and sustainable revenues to the company.
  • Build strategy and thoughtful execution plan to scale go-to-market operations.
  • Work with Product teams to provide market-level feedback on performance, competitive market pressures, and qualified user demands to ensure roadmaps drive incremental revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization in the user journey and champion changes to facilitate growth channels through new products, partnerships, or services.
  • Establish performance measurement criteria and KPIs to track against business growth goals and communicate those to the board of directors and ownership.
  • All additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements -
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, iGaming, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in iGaming operations or sports betting industry marketing/operation/strategy roles.t least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  3. Strong background in managing cross-functional teams, driving performance, and executing operational strategies.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance across multiple teams.
  5. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing revenue growth strategies
  6. Excellent understanding of iGaming regulations, compliance, and licensing requirements.
  7. Data-driven mindset with a focus on using analytics to inform decision-making and optimize operations.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex operational issues in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
