Job description

We are looking for talented web developer/designers to join our team. The goal of this position is to take full ownership of ourbrand and work alongside our creative team for all ongoing digital projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design web pages and websites including the programming of the HTML coding
  • Produce high-level graphic designs and collaborate with development teams
  • Program and design email campaigns
  • Apply strong branding and creative design skills
  • Able to work on multiple creative projects with complex timelines and production schedules
  • Optimize websites for performance
  • Produce wireframes, design concepts, typography, visuals, navigational symbols and icons for a wide variety of interactive projects.
  • Analyze audience and user habits to create/change design based on user needs
  • Anticipate the visual design needs of the company in coordination with the Director of Marketing and Creative Director to deliver all types of communication
  • Embrace and stay up-to-date on the newest trends and tools within digital and visual marketing
Requirements
  • 2+ years of digital / graphic arts experience & experience with UX
  • 2+ years of Experience with Development (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL)
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Visual Arts or Graphic Design fields of study
  • Creativity and attentiveness to detail is a must
  • Experience with Photo manipulation, correction and retouching as well as color theory
  • Expert knowledge of PhotoShop & Illustrator
  • Passion for creating highly interactive web sites
  • Must be very self-motivated, easygoing, and end-result focused
  • Knowledge of SASS (SCSS), using Grunt & NodeJS
  • Knowledge of SEO white-hat practices and Schema.org
  • Strong creative and conceptual vision for digital media
  • Ability to work with creative and programmers
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skill
