Front Office Leads are primarily responsible for room inventory to maximize selling opportunities at the Front Office. This includes assigning room blocks for groups and guest preferences. Front Office Agents rely on the Front Office Lead's ability to manage the inventory and analyze reports. This role has a direct impact on guest fulfillment with room accommodations. The Front Office Lead must also assist in the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This position leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training. The Front Office Lead is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned Front Office Agent who is ready to advance their career into management.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to guests and colleagues
  • Perform night audit duties, including balancing reports and financial transactions
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Follow all safety and security procedures

The hourly rate for this position is $31.79.
