We are seeking a Director,Global Marketing Analytics & Automationto lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of data-driven and AI-enabled marketing capabilities across our global organization.

This leader will transform how marketing performance is measured, optimized, and scaled by building a modern marketing intelligence ecosystem powered by advanced analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. The role will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Data, and Technology leaders to ensure marketing investments drive measurable growth acrossourcustomer segments.

As a senior leader within Marketing, the Director will shape the roadmap for marketing analytics, marketing technology, and AI-driven insights while building a high-performing global team focused on operational excellence, experimentation, and continuous innovation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the global strategy for marketing analytics, marketing intelligence, and AI-enabled insights to improve decision-making, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes. Translate complex data into clear business insights for senior leadership, build predictive models to forecast marketing performance and pipeline impact, and foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making across the marketing organization.

  • Own the global framework for marketing measurement, including attribution modeling, funnel analytics, pipeline contribution, and ROI reporting. Continuously analyze the customer journey to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion performance, and ensure alignment between marketing investments and business outcomes.

  • Define and manage the roadmap for the global marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable, integrated platforms that support advanced analytics, AI capabilities, and efficient campaign execution. Oversee marketing automation programs, lifecycle marketing workflows, and system integrations across CRM, marketing platforms, and data infrastructure to enable seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with data, legal, and technology teams to ensure high standards for data governance, privacy compliance, and responsible AI usage across marketing systems. Establish best practices that protect customer data while enabling scalable, insight-driven marketing.

  • Build and lead a high-performing global team across marketing analytics, automation, and operations. Partner with regional marketing leaders, sales, finance, and data teams to align marketing insights with broader business strategy while driving continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced analytics degree preferred

  • 10-15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or marketing technology leadership roles

  • Deep knowledge of analytical tools such as Path Factory, Marketo, 6thSense, etc.

  • Proven experience building dashboards and developing CAC frameworks that tie back to ROI.

  • Proven experience leading data-driven marketing transformation within B2B SaaS, technology, or digital platforms

  • Strong background in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization

  • Experience implementing AI and machine learning capabilities within marketing environments

  • Deep knowledge of marketing attribution models, digital marketing metrics, and revenue analytics

  • Expertise across modern marketing technology ecosystems including CRM, CDP, and analytics platforms

  • Experience managing complex global marketing technology stacks

  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership using data-driven insights

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change through data and technology

The US pay range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 annual base salary. A corporate bonus will also be offered as part of this role. The final annual base salary offered will be based on location and experience level, and could be less for internal applicants depending upon experience.
