What You'll Do:

The Market Intelligence team operates at the intersection of technical infrastructure, product, data center development, and the global supply chain. The team provides forward-looking insights on markets, competitors, suppliers, customers, and macro forces to inform CoreWeave's infrastructure investments, product roadmaps, and supply chain strategies across GPUs, networking, power, cooling, and site development.

As the Head of Market Intelligence, you will lead a high-impact function responsible for translating complex market, competitor, and supplier data into actionable intelligence. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop intelligence-driven strategies that improve time-to-market, reduce infrastructure costs, and secure access to critical materials. You will partner closely with executives, product leaders, and supply chain teams to align infrastructure investments with evolving customer workloads and the broader AI and cloud landscape. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping long-term strategy through rigorous analysis and modeling.

Who You Are:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience building and leading Market Intelligence or strategic analytics teams in AI, hyperscale cloud, or high-growth technology environments
  • Proven track record delivering measurable value and cost savings across hyperscale or large-scale infrastructure supply chains
  • Deep experience conducting competitive intelligence across neocloud and hyperscale cloud providers, including data center and supply chain strategies
  • Strong expertise in supplier ecosystem analysis, including supplier financial health, capacity, pricing, lead times, and technology roadmaps
  • Experience analyzing regulatory, public policy, utility, and geopolitical factors impacting global infrastructure supply chains and data center operations
  • Advanced capability in strategic analytics and modeling, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and commodity procurement models
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Operations Research, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
Preferred:
  • Recognized industry expertise through publications, conference speaking, or professional/academic recognition in operations research, supply chain, or market analysis
  • Experience supporting both infrastructure strategy and customer acquisition or go-to-market planning
  • Exposure to global site development, utilities, or large-scale data center construction ecosystems

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

The range we've posted represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, we review the market rate for each candidate which can include a variety of factors. These include qualifications, experience, interview performance, and location.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
