ReportingTo:VP, Global Ecosystem Strategy (Within CMSPI’s Consulting Solutions function)

Location:Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

Payments is moving quickly, and it can be hard for even the largest merchants to know which changes really matter. CMSPI helps clients cut through the noise, understand what is happening in the market, and decide where to focus next.

We’relooking for a senior payments leaderwho enjoys making complex topics useful. In this role,you’llshapeCMSPI’sclient-facing Market Intelligence agenda and turnourexpertise, data, technology, and commercial judgment into practical guidance for some of the world’s largestmerchants. This role is for someone who wants to do more than track industry news or produce reports. We are looking for a credible, commercially minded payments expert who can explain why developments matter, what choices they create for clients, and how CMSPI can help clients act with confidence. It is a strong fit for someone who wants to combine deep payments expertise with a visible internal and external role.

  • Triage demand and focus effort: Prioritize requests from clients and account leads, deciding what should be escalated, what can be scaled through the team, and where Market Intelligence can create the most value
