Job Summary:
KKR is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management and capital markets solutions. They are seeking a Vice President, Marketing Analytics to lead and enhance the analytics capabilities of the marketing organization, driving data-informed strategies and ensuring marketing investments align with business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Serve as the strategic lead for marketing analytics, partnering with senior insurance marketing stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
โ€ข Lead full-funnel marketing analytics, connecting campaign performance to conversion, pipeline, and revenue impact
โ€ข Design and analyze multi-channel campaigns (email, web, paid media, events, CRM, sales) to drive ongoing optimization
โ€ข Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and ROI
โ€ข Develop and refine lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to improve targeting and conversion in a B2B context
โ€ข Align with cross-functional teams, including marketing Centers of Excellence, on reporting standards and performance tracking
โ€ข Translate analytics into scalable data requirements in partnership with data engineering teams
โ€ข Drive executive-level reporting and insights, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions
โ€ข Build and maintain dashboards to track key marketing metrics and communicate insights
โ€ข Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing analytics team
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, including multi-channel, full-funnel analytics, and B2B marketing analytics (e.g., lead scoring and funnel performance), preferably in insurance or financial services
โ€ข Experience with brand marketing and paid media analytics, including measurement of brand campaigns, media performance, and optimization across paid channels
โ€ข Deep expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
โ€ข Experience with Salesforce CRM, B2B marketing analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
โ€ข Strong understanding of web and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms)
โ€ข Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large datasets from CRM and marketing platforms
โ€ข Experience using Python and working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift
โ€ข Experience partnering with data engineering and technology teams to enable scalable analytics solutions
โ€ข Experience with segmentation and customer targeting strategies
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights
โ€ข Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
