We are seeking a Director of Learning, Workforce Development amp; Culture to lead the programs and initiatives that develop our workforce, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build a high-performing culture across the field, shop, and office.
This role is responsible for managing employee learning and development, workforce training, apprenticeship programs, leadership development, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate understands that training is not simply an HR function. It is a business tool that improves safety, productivity, quality, retention, and project success.
We're looking for a hands-on, innovative professional who can create practical learning solutions, leverage modern training technology, and partner with operational leaders to prepare our workforce for the future.
What You'll Do
Learning amp; Development
  • Manage and continuously improve the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate, assign, track, and report on required employee training.
  • Develop and deliver learning programs for craft employees, supervisors, managers, and leaders.
  • Create engaging training content using video, microlearning, and mobile-friendly learning tools.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and use data to improve learning outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance training requirements are completed and documented.
Workforce Development
