Job Duties

  • Manage multiple projects and/or technical tasks including large and complex projects with unique technical urban design challenges, multiple subconsultants, large budgets, and the need to coordinate numerous parallel tracks of work.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of multiple staff and subconsultants.ย 
  • Serve as lead designer for projects with a high level of design complexity.ย 
  • Some job duties can be performed from home.ย 

Salary Range: $128,398 to $146,000.

Requirements

  • US or foreign registration / licensure as an architect OR certificate in Urban Design.
  • 1 year of experience working for or with government agencies.
  • 1 year of experience working on streetscape projects.
  • 4 years of experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and InDesign.
  • 4 years of experience with Construction documents and site analysis.
  • 4 years of experience with managing projects and tasks to a budget.
