A Director of Inclusive Design leads efforts to ensure that products, services, and environments are accessible and usable by people of all backgrounds and abilities. They develop strategies, oversee teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed inclusivity into the design process from the start. This role involves both advocating for accessibility and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, as well as fostering a culture of equity and belonging in design decisions. Their goal is to create solutions that serve the widest range of users, regardless of ability, identity, or background.
