Create effective/award-winning short form advertising for a much-loved, natural beauty brand.   

About the Role:

Coho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency/production studio inside the Personal Care division within P&G.  This role is for associate creative director with an art or copy director background. We are looking for someone with strong conceptual skills. An idea machine. Someone who knows a bad brief when they see it and can help fix it. This role is for someone who loves advertising and knows it’s history. Someone with lots of agency experience and has worked on a variety of diverse brands. You will be tasked with leading the advertising campaign work for some of P&G’s biggest brands. You will be well versed in production and how to bring your ideas to life. This is a role for an experienced and mature creative who doesn’t get frustrated easily and who can always come back next round with something better. 

The creative department is small but growing quickly. It’s a little agency with a start up mentality. You will be running a small team and well versed with A.I. to create best in class short form advertising and tv campaigns.  

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading big brands and creative teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive creative excellence across tv/print/digital/social/radio/ooh and activations. Strong presentation skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Work with the latest tools to be on the forefront of new ideas and new means of producing them. Ninja prompting skills a must.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Creative Direction: Provide strategic and creative direction for all projects. Review and approve campaign work, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with in-house clients to understand their needs and objectives. Present creative concepts and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Identify and resolve any workflow issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in art direction or copywriting with at least 3 years in a leadership role at the Associate Creative Director level in an agency.
  • Ability and experience being a player coach.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
