The hourly rate for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000 per hour.

Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate's experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.

You will be trusted with a wide range of tasks that will be essential to the smooth running of the school as well as to the educational development of the children
Assist the Director with the operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards
Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents
Spark imagination, build self-esteem and help children discover new things each day
Teach, educate and monitor children as needed
Assist Director in staff development and training
Attend meetings as necessary to aid in business and organizational development as directed by the District Director or his/her supervisors
Travel to multiple childcare centers in the area to both assist and learn
Perform other duties as assigned
