Job description

Join the Team at FORTH Hotel and Club – Atlanta’s Most Exciting Destination!
Step into the energy of Atlanta at FORTH Hotel and Club, where modern luxury meets creative spirit. Designed to bring people together, FORTH blends boutique hospitality with an elevated social experience—featuring stylish rooms, buzzing restaurants and bars, and a vibrant members’ club that celebrates culture, community, and connection.

As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to help shape a one-of-a-kind hotel experience in the heart of the city. If you’re passionate about service, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to be part of something bold and new—this is where your next chapter begins.

FORTH is redefining luxury hospitality in Atlanta — blending design-forward accommodations, elevated culinary experiences, wellness, social membership, and community into one dynamic destination. We are seeking a visionary and relationship-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for one of Atlanta’s most exciting lifestyle hotels.

This is an opportunity for a hospitality sales leader who thrives in luxury and lifestyle environments, understands the Atlanta market, and knows how to drive both revenue and brand presence through strategic leadership, creativity, and community engagement.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will oversee all revenue-driving sales and marketing initiatives, including group, corporate, catering, business travel, community partnerships, and brand positioning. You will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team while partnering closely with hotel leadership to maximize occupancy, ADR, market share, and overall commercial success.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can build relationships within the Atlanta business, agency, entertainment, and luxury travel communities while creating innovative sales strategies that position FORTH as a market leader in the lifestyle hospitality space.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the hotel’s overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans across group, corporate, transient, and catering segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the Atlanta agency, corporate, and luxury travel communities
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, community involvement, and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with revenue management, operations, and marketing teams to optimize performance
  • Mentor, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Analyze market trends, competitive data, and performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making
  • Represent FORTH within the local community and hospitality industry

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hospitality sales experience
  • 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience within luxury, lifestyle, upscale, or full-service hotels
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel sales leadership experience as a Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales, or similar commercial leadership role
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful hotel sales and marketing strategies
  • Established relationships within the Atlanta agency, corporate, entertainment, or luxury travel markets strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with hotel CRM platforms, Delphi, CI/TY, or similar hospitality sales systems
  • Financial and revenue-focused mindset with strong business acumen
  • Professional presence with a collaborative and energetic leadership style
Why FORTH?

FORTH offers a unique opportunity to be part of a highly curated lifestyle hospitality experience that is reshaping Atlanta’s luxury hotel scene. If you are passionate about hospitality, relationship-building, culture, and driving commercial success within a creative and fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect with you.
