This is a part-time position up to 15 hours a week. Includes working Sunday's. 

Hourly Range $24.00 to $27.00 

ROLE SUMMARY

Under the oversight of the Campus Worship Pastor, the Music Director champions the musical vision of the campus by bridging the gap between creative planning and technical execution. Serving as the primary architect of the weekend's sound, they direct campus musicians during rehearsals and services to ensure a musically excellent and spiritually engaging worship experience. 


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Weekend Execution: Manages the musical flow of services, including mid-week/weekend rehearsals, run-throughs, and live services.
  • Team Leadership: Directs, coaches, and provides constructive feedback to campus volunteer musicians, fostering a culture of spiritual encouragement and musical growth.
  • Alignment: Collaborates with the Central Worship team to maintain stylistic consistency and "the ONE&ALL sound" across all weekend services and special events.
  • Culture Building: Actively participates in established ONE&ALL Worship systems to champion a healthy team culture and execute the vision of the Campus Worship Pastor.

  • Continues to grow as a follower of Christ, ensuring ministry overflows from a personal relationship with Him.
  • Faithfully practices biblical stewardship through consistent, sacrificial giving to ONE&ALL Church, using the tithe as a benchmark for growth.
  • Models the ONE&ALL Staff Values in all relationships with staff, the congregation, and the community.
  • Regularly attends a ONE&ALL Campus Service.
  • Serves during impact seasons, including Easter and Christmas services.
