  • Partnering with HR directors, HR business partners and executive leadership to identify capability gaps and build learning solutions that support business priorities.

  • Establishing a multiyear roadmap for learning modernization, including digital learning, AIenabled knowledge systems, and datadriven workforce development.

  • Having ownership of enterprise talent processes, including succession planning, annual talent reviews, performance management, assessment centers, coaching, mentoring and gigs.

  • Overseeing a global team of facilitators that have expertise in team effectiveness, team building and training program delivery.

Learning Operations & Technology

  • The management of global learning operations, including LMS/LXP platforms, content development, vendor management, and learning analytics.

  • Modernizing the learning technology stack to support personalized learning, mobile access, and onthejob performance support.

  • Ensuring learning data is leveraged to measure impact, forecast skill needs, and inform workforce planning.

Leadership Development & Talent Growth

  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to design and manage fit-for-purpose leadership development programs for frontline leaders, midlevel managers, and highpotential talent.

  • Building skills taxonomies, career pathways and capability frameworks that support technical and professional growth across global sites.
