Position Summary
The Franchise Sales & Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Twin Peaks Restaurant Group through the identification, qualification, and conversion of high-quality franchise partners, while supporting strategic market development and site selection efforts.
This role serves as a critical link between franchise sales, real estate, and development-managing the full lifecycle from lead generation through deal execution. The position partners closely with executive leadership, franchisees, brokers, and cross-functional teams to expand the brand in both new and existing markets.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Sales & Lead Generation
• Identify, source, and qualify prospective franchise candidates aligned with Twin Peaks brand standards and growth strategy.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of franchise leads through outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
• Utilize tools and platforms (e.g., Seamless.ai and other lead generation systems) to generate high-volume, targeted investor prospects.
• Support the VP of Franchise Sales in ongoing investor engagement and deal progression.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups to move candidates through the sales funnel.
Market Development & Real Estate Strategy
• Partner with franchisees and brokers to identify and secure high-quality sites, including land, second-generation restaurants, and retail developments.
• Lead or participate in real estate committee discussions to evaluate and approve sites based on demographics, traffic patterns, ingress/egress, and brand requirements.
• Conduct market and site analysis to assess viability and strategic growth opportunities.
• Meet with franchisees in target markets to review site opportunities and development plans.
Deal Structuring & Execution
• Guide prospective franchisees through the full sales process, including business plan development, financial evaluation, and approval stages.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Leadership to structure franchise agreements, including ownership structures, guarantees, and deal-specific requirements.
• Ensure all franchise sales activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal franchising requirements.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for resale opportunities, managing the process of identifying and transitioning buyers for existing locations.
Brand Representation & Industry Engagement
• Represent Twin Peaks at trade shows, franchise expos, and industry events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the franchise and real estate communities to expand market presence and identify opportunities.
• Position Twin Peaks as a premier franchise opportunity through compelling storytelling and brand representation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Operations, Development, Construction, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure alignment throughout the franchise sales and development process.
• Lead internal coordination for market entry strategies and development planning.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on franchise development and market dynamics.
Innovation & Process Improvement
• Support the development and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance the franchise sales process (e.g., AI-driven lead generation and outreach systems).
• Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion strategies.
Reporting Structure
  • Report To: VP of Franchise Sales & Development

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• 3-5+ years of experience in franchise sales, development, real estate, or a related field.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of franchise business models, legal frameworks, and development processes.
• Experience with market analysis, site selection, and real estate fundamentals preferred.
• Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation or progress toward certification is a plus.
• This role operates in a hybrid environment, including office work, field travel, and attendance at industry events and site visits.
