    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Operations to oversee Americaโ€™s Best Choice projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, communicating effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The Director of Operations will also lead a team of installers, coordinate with clients, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and safety.

    This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the residential remodeling industry. You must possess the ability to develop robust operational processes, mentor high-performing teams, and drive the overall success of our production department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Oversee installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor crews to improve productivity and craftsmanship.
    • Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and coordinate job schedules, ensuring optimal use of labor and materials.
