Full-Time | Metro Atlanta, GA


Crabapple LandscapExperts is one of Atlanta's top 5 locally-owned landscape companies. For over 30 years, we've partnered with HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, multi-family housing, and commercial properties across Metro Atlanta. We're looking for a motivated relationship-builder to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and help grow our business.


What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with current and potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and concerns, and develop solutions
  • Establish and manage annual site budgets with clients
  • Spot upsell opportunities to enhance or resolve issues on client properties
  • Lead renewals for grounds maintenance contracts to retain customers
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure high-quality service
  • Deliver accurate, timely reports on a regular basis
Requirements:

What You Need

  • College degree preferred (Horticulture, Landscaping, Marketing, Business Management, or related field); proven landscaping industry experience considered in lieu of a degree
  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the green/landscape industry
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license, 21 and over required; a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be run
