Job description

Company Description
We're a team of makers and dreamers, turning strategic ideas into flawless retail executions. We collaborate closely with our clients to elevate the expected and embrace the new, the next, and the complex.
Nothing is impossible- If you can shop it, we can do it.
Overview
The Associate Director, Content Strategist is a strategic enabler and creative individual who excels at the intersection of storytelling, business intelligence, and content planning. Equal parts scientist and storyteller, this role turns business objectives into insight-driven content strategies, evergreen tools, and scalable frameworks that empower creative teams and stakeholders to deliver with clarity and impact.
With a pulse on cultural trends, competitor movements, platform dynamics, and audience behavior, this strategist partners closely with communicators, designers, and channel experts to enable extraordinary storytelling at scale-through content architectures, brief development, and channel planning.
If you're a strategic systems-thinker who loves building creative infrastructure as much as building narratives, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
You'll Make an Impact By:
Strategic Enablement & Framework Development. Develop timeless strategic tools and frameworks to scale storytelling efforts across channels, aligning with communication goals.
Insights & Planning. Regularly surfacing and sharing cultural, competitor, platform, and audience insights that inform creative direction and influence editorial decisions, as well as identifying and analyzing critical calendar moments and emerging trends, helping teams proactively plan and activate.
Creative Strategy & Brief Development. Develop strategic creative briefs with clear guardrails to fuel innovation, connecting brand narratives, culture, and business goals.
Multi-Channel Content Strategy. Partnering with creative, channel and technology teams to orchestrate integrated storytelling across touchpoints with consistency and intentionality.
Generative strategy. Using approved enterprise AI tools to move from project intake to creative briefing more quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If:
You're a creative strategist who sees both the big picture and the systems that support it.
You can translate creative thinking into structured tools that make teams faster and smarter and empower them to operate more strategically.
You embody a student-of-culture attitude, always learning from new platforms, audiences, and media behaviors.
You possess extensive experience crafting briefs, leading ideation, and encouraging trust across fields.
You're proactive, organized, and thrive in complexity-turning ambiguity into structure.
You've worked in or alongside agency teams and understand how to move work from concept to execution in fast-paced environments.
