Job description

The Opportunity, Your Team
The Director, Content & Creative is the creative leader behind how QVC and HSN show up across every screen, stage, and story we tell. Reporting to the VP, Omnichannel Content, you will set the visual identity, storytelling direction, and creative standard for content that spans livestream, social, streaming, digital, email, print, video, and live experiential events, in service of QVC US, HSN, and our Growth businesses. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of creatives, producers, editors, designers, and content strategists, and you will partner closely with Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Streaming, Social, and Production leadership to build content that performs and resonates.
This role sits at the intersection of two of the most interesting shifts in retail: the rise of live and social commerce, and the convergence of entertainment and shopping. You will get to shape what modern live shopping content looks and feels like at scale, across two of the most iconic brands in live retail and the new growth bets we are placing on top of them, with the production firepower, on-air talent, and platform reach to actually pull it off.
If you have built a creative point of view in live commerce, streaming, media, or DTC, and you want to lead an internal agency that delivers world-class work across every platform that matters, keep reading.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Relocation assistance is available for this role.
What You'll Do
  • Define and evolve the creative vision, visual identity, and storytelling direction for QVC US, HSN, and our Growth businesses across livestream, digital, social, streaming, email, print, video, and experiential platforms.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of creatives, producers, editors, designers, and content strategists, building a culture of high standards, bold ideas, and accountability.
  • Operate as the creative head of an internal agency, partnering with Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Streaming, Social, Production, and Creative Services to align vision with execution.
  • Set the creative standard across campaigns, seasonal storytelling, product launches, live events, and tentpole moments, raising the bar on what content looks like, performs like, and feels like.
  • Anticipate cultural, design, platform, and audience shifts, and translate them into modern, differentiated content that drives engagement and commercial impact.
  • Drive innovation in content formats, production workflows, and creative technologies, identifying ways to increase quality, speed, and reach.
  • Use audience insight and content performance data to sharpen creative strategy and prove the business impact of creative work.
  • Steward multimillion-dollar production budgets, agency and vendor relationships, and resource planning across the function.
  • Coach, develop, and grow creative leaders, and attract top-tier talent to the team.

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in media, retail, live commerce, entertainment, streaming, agency, or DTC environments, with at least 5 years leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • A strong portfolio showing modern storytelling, elevated brand expression, and creative leadership across multiple platforms and formats, ideally including livestream, social, or video at scale.
  • Deep fluency in omnichannel content strategy and how creative drives business outcomes across digital, social, livestream, streaming, and experiential channels.
  • Executive presence and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience leading creative transformation, modernizing content ecosystems, or scaling new content formats.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance creative ambition with budgets, timelines, and measurable results.
  • Track record of building high-performing, inclusive creative cultures and developing future creative leaders.
