Job description

TeamHealth has an excellent leadership opportunity for a full-time facility medical director to lead our emergency department (ED) team at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, located in Jefferson City, Tennessee. As a TeamHealth physician leader, you'll enjoy a leadership stipend and ample support, including leadership training and development through the TeamHealth Institute, as well as opportunities to advance your leadership career. Candidates must be board-certified in emergency medicine (EM) or family practice (FP); previous leadership experience is a plus.

  • Annual volume: 24,000
  • 12-hour shifts 
  • PPH 1.8 
  • Low to medium acuity 
  • Non-designated trauma center 
  • EMR: Cerner
