Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Growth & Integration is responsible for advancing the strategic growth and integration initiatives of the Tampa General Provider Network (TGPN). This leadership role executes on network expansion strategies, supports physician and practice integration, develops strategic partnerships, and leads cross-functional initiatives that strengthen TGPN's presence across Florida.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, TGPN, the Director serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, physicians, operational teams, and external partners to ensure successful execution of growth strategies and organizational priorities.
CORE ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead strategic initiatives to expand the Tampa General Provider Network and strengthen its presence in targeted markets.
  • Evaluate and support new partnership, affiliation, and acquisition opportunities that align with TGPN's long-term growth strategy.
  • Direct physician and practice integration efforts to ensure a seamless transition and successful operational, clinical, and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to develop, implement, evaluate, and standardize workflows, policies, and operating practices.
  • Partner with clinical and quality leaders to implement clinical-integration and performance improvement initiatives that support care coordination, patient outcomes, and network performance.
  • Serve as the primary contact between physician practices, administrative leaders, and TGH, TGPN, Legal, and other departments throughout each engagement.
  • Will manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, establishing timelines, monitoring milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and business analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across network operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, legal counsel, community partners and other stakeholders necessary to accomplish approved organizational objectives.

Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field required.
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading projects in healthcare, preferably in hospital operations or physician alignment.
