Role Overview
We're seeking a Head of Operations to drive operational excellence across Team Esface. This role will manage our HQ operations staff, implement and maintain effective systems, and ensure smooth program delivery while upholding our high standards of customer service. You'll be accountable for results while working through and developing others.
Key Responsibilities
Staff & Performance Management
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with HQ operations staff
  • Manage and optimize KPI system for accountability
  • Lead weekly/quarterly performance reviews
  • Create and maintain staff scheduling processes
  • Oversee operational staff development
Program Operations & Communications
  • Oversee all outbound customer communications
  • Manage facility scheduling and relationships
  • Ensure efficient program operations
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Coordinate with program directors
Systems & Process Development
  • Create and document operational processes
  • Implement and maintain operational standards
  • Optimize existing workflows
  • Train staff on processes and procedures
  • Manage technology platforms and tools
Resource Management
  • Oversee facility scheduling and relationships
  • Manage inventory and equipment
  • Coordinate with CPA on financial processes
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation
