Job Summary: The Director of Men's Basketball Operations oversees all day-to-day operations of the men's basketball program in compliance with all NCAA, SEC and institutional rules. Plans and executes all team travel, including flights, hotels, meals, and itineraries. Manages practice and game day logistics, including facility scheduling and setup. Serves as the primary liaison for men's basketball with athletic department units.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience in athletic administration, basketball operations, or coaching at a college level; OR master's degree and four (4) years of experience in athletic administration, basketball operations, or coaching at a college level.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience with UA operational systems, such as Concur, Banner, TeamWorks, and eTime. Experience working within UA operational processes and guidelines, including P-card, contracts management, & youth protection.
