Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for Operations and Strategy for AGS's Namer Field Tech Sales Operations organization across its ~$50Bn Global Sales (AGS) business. You will partner directly with AWS's Head of Global Field tech Ops and strategy leader and the Tech leadership team to shape and create transformational growth strategies. You lean towards the technical, you love going deep on architecture, GenAI, and how to bring services together to meet our customer's needs. Your scope will include developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, designing and implementing new sales motions and growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate listens first and brings humility to conversations with senior AWS Leaders and the senior leadership of our customers. They collaborate effectively, working with a small team on big things. The candidate knows when and where to advocate vigorously for a well-informed position. We expect anyone considering the position to possess keen business and financial acumen, but we are looking for candidates that can identify and incorporate the brilliant insights of others, while selflessly sharing their own.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership while working cross functionally across several teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
