This leadership role blends technology governance, program management, and operational excellence, ensuring that JLL's cloud infrastructure services deliver the highest quality, performance, and value to the business.
What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Plan, review, and manage projects and engagements to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams, business leaders, and top management to translate requirements into actionable strategies that balance performance, compliance, cost, and agility.
  • Oversee Managed Service Provider (MSP) daily operations, ensuring SLA compliance, service quality, and continuous improvement in automation, observability, and MTTR reduction.
  • Maintain an "always-on" operating model by implementing proactive monitoring, high availability best practices, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Eliminate technical debt and modernize cloud platforms through standardization and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Define and report on key operational KPIs to measure uptime, responsiveness, incident resolution, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls for cloud services, applying FinOps principles to optimize resource utilization and spending.
  • Oversee license and subscription management across multi-cloud environments to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
  • Build strong partnerships with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of responsiveness, innovation, and collaboration.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience leading infrastructure or cloud operations within large scale enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in managing multi cloud environments (Azure and AWS) across production, development, and hybrid workloads.
  • Demonstrated success managing MSPs or outsourced service providers, including SLA governance, performance management, and contract oversight.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud networking, security, and automation principles, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Experience with cloud monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch,) and incident management processes.
  • Proven ability to implement cloud cost optimization and capacity planning strategies, maintaining strict budgetary controls.
  • Familiarity with reliability frameworks such as Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and data-driven operational measurement (SLA, SLO, SLIs).
  • Exposure to container orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS, EKS) and service mesh architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect - Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Terraform Associate, ITIL Managing Professional.

Desirable Skills
  • Skilled in strategic planning, team leadership, and cross functional collaboration across technology and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, agility, and operational maturity.
  • Strong influencing skills and executive presence, capable of driving consensus and alignment across globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, from engineers to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational pain points and reduce toil through automation and self-service tools.
