Your role is to provide technical guidance, solution alignment, and architectural support that drives partner success and accelerates AWS adoption. You will work closely with sales, vendor management, and cloud architects to ensure partners are technically equipped and strategically supported to grow their AWS practice.**Key Responsibilities:*** Act as the primary technical point of contact for AWS partners — advising on architecture, best practices, and solution design.* Support onboarding of new partners from a technical perspective, ensuring smooth integration with Ingram Micro’s AWS platform and services.* Deliver technical enablement sessions, solution workshops, and pre-sales guidance to partner technical teams.* Map partner capabilities and maturity to AWS program requirements, helping them progress in the AWS partner journey.* Drive adoption of AWS tools, programs, and services — including Well-Architected Reviews, credits, and POCs.* Work closely with cloud architects to scope opportunities and design scalable solutions based on partner and customer needs.* Maintain accurate technical insights and partner progress in CRM and internal planning tools.* Collaborate with AWS vendor management and GTM teams to identify opportunities and co-develop technical value propositions.* Support internal training and serve as technical lead on key AWS-focused initiatives and campaigns.**Skills & Requirements:*** 3+ years of experience in cloud, pre-sales, or technical customer-facing roles — preferably with AWS or other hyperscaler platforms.* Solid understanding of AWS core services (compute, storage, networking, security, DevOps).* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Fluent in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus.* AWS certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate) are highly desirable.* Experience with partner ecosystems, value-based selling, and solution design.It’s no surprise that technology powers the planet.
