POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF), a Radiology Partners practice, is currently seeking a highly qualified, fellowship-trained Breast Radiologist to join our well-established team in Pensacola, Florida. This position offers multiple flexible scheduling options tailored to your preferred workstyle and career goals. The successful candidate will focus on a full spectrum of breast imaging, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast MRI, and interventional breast procedures.
This role primarily supports Sacred Heart Hospital, a leading 560+ bed institution and the flagship of Ascension in Florida's Panhandle. As a Level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke center, Sacred Heart provides an outstanding clinical environment for subspecialized practice.
Position Options
We are open to structuring the position based on your preferences. Choose the option that best fits your lifestyle:
  • Option 1:
    • Full-time, 5-day workweek (Monday-Friday)
    • 100% Breast Radiology
    • No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
    • Benefit-eligible Associate position
  • Option 2:
    • Monday-Friday schedule with hybrid model
    • Mix of on-site and remote reading days
    • 100: Breast Radiology
    • No nights, weekends, holidays, or call

  • Option 3:
    • Monday-Friday schedule with hybrid model
    • Mix of on-site and remote reading days
    • ~80% Breast / 20% General Radiology
    • Partnership-track position with Q7 remote weekend call

Desired Qualifications

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. We are quality-oriented, and we practice radiology at the cutting edge, encouraging subspecialty-level interpretations across the practice, and facilitating collaboration and consultation between our radiologists. Our state-of-the-art IT suite includes universal PACS across the practice, AI tools, and integrated doc-to-doc communication widgets.
Our practice is locally and democratically led, with decisions vested in the hands of the group at large, rather than in a few founders or a small group of shareholders. In Pensacola, our radiologists have the opportunity to join the faculty of Florida State University where we provide diagnostic and interventional radiology instruction to the medical students. Pediatric residents from University of Florida who are doing residencies in Pensacola take pediatric radiology electives with our radiologists. We are the teaching physicians for the University of South Florida Department of Radiology in Tampa. Our radiologists who are not living in Tampa may apply to be adjunct faculty in this department. In Sarasota, our physicians' staff the Florida State University College of Medicine, hosting medical students in their 3rd and 4th years. We also invite residents from the FSU Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency programs to rotate in our departments.
