Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing assessments of patients using evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
  • Design and implement individualized care plans that incorporate cultural diversity while addressing the patient's mental health diagnosis and their specific set of needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and reports, leveraging current technology and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and treatment providers to establish comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring continuous evaluation of progress and feedback on therapeutic interventions.
  • Coordinate care and referrals, acting as a vital link between clients and other mental health professionals and community resources.
  • Provide education, mentoring, and supervision to students, interns, and volunteers, while engaging in clinical collaboration and refining best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients who are navigating the complexities surrounding cancer diagnoses. Qualifications
