  • Collaborating with patients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Providing education, mentoring, and supervision to student trainees, interns, and volunteers.
  • Participating in team reviews, chart audits, and clinical collaborations to foster a supportive team environment.

The primary focus of this role is serving individuals and families affected by cancer. You will provide outpatient therapy that addresses emotional, psychological, and social dimensions of health for patients navigating the complexities of a cancer diagnosis. Your work will be central in providing them with the necessary tools and support systems to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

  • A flexible work schedule with outpatient-only requirements—no nights, weekends, or hospital calls.
  • A hybrid work model allowing for both telemedicine and in-person consultations.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans (401k with match).
  • Paid parental leave, holidays, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
