Job description

This role is for one of our clients
Compensation: $130-$180 per hour
We're hiring Radiology experts to design clinical scenarios, evaluate model outputs against evidence-based standards, and help shape how the next generation of AI reasons about diagnostic imaging.
We welcome Diagnostic Radiology attendings, Interventional Radiology, Neuroradiology, Body/Abdominal Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Breast Imaging, Pediatric Radiology, and final-year Radiology residents/fellows.
Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios drawn from your Radiology practice (image interpretation, differential generation, follow-up recommendations, ACR criteria application, structured reporting)
  • Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality
  • Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics
  • Provide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behavior
  • Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions
Who You Are
  • Attending physicians: Must be board certified with current, active, unrestricted medical license
  • Resident physicians: Must be in final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible)
  • Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty and have current active, unrestricted medical license
Rates
$180-$400/hr payable, set per seniority tier (early-career → senior attending). Your specific rate is confirmed in your offer.
Engagement
  • Remote, 100% asynchronous
  • 20 hrs/wk default (can be raised after onboarding based on demand)
  • Paid weekly
  • Start: rolling, after onboarding sign-off
  • Duration: ongoing, reviewed monthly

You'll receive an onboarding doc and a calendar invite for Onboarding Office Hours after you accept.

  • Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
