als zukünftiger Agile Coach

  • Du übernimmst, gemeinsam mit Deinen Kollegen, die Verantwortung bei der Einführung und Stabilisierung agiler Arbeitsweisen und agiler Führung in Industrieunternehmen und in der Entwicklung physischer Produkte
  • Du hilfst Deinen Kunden, den für sie am besten geeigneten Einstieg in die agile Transformation zu finden
  • Du trainierst agile Teams und ihre Stakeholder zu Beginn der Transformation und vermittelst agilen Mindset, Werte und Prinzipien
  • Du adaptierst und implementierst Rollen, Ereignisse, Artefakte und Werkzeuge insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung der Besonderheiten agiler Hardware-Entwicklung
  • Du begleitest Teams und coachst Teammitglieder und Stakeholder in methodischer, aber auch verhaltensbezogener Hinsicht
  • Du unterstützt aufgrund Deiner Erfahrung und Kreativität die Lösungsfindung bei auftretenden Hindernissen
  • Du moderierst die kontextbezogene Auswahl, Anpassung und Einführung agiler Skalierungs-Frameworks
  • Du begleitest die Transformation bei Deinem Kunden durch ein nachhaltiges Veränderungsmanagement

Dein Expertise

  • Du hast einen Abschluss als Bachelor, idealerweise in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Du hast Erfahrung als Agile Coach oder Scrum Master idealerweise schon in der Entwicklung physischer Produkte oder Du möchtest jetzt mit Deinen Erfahrungen aus der agilen Softwareentwicklung in der Hardwareentwicklung Neuland betreten
  • Du bist mit der Philosophie und den Arbeitsweisen agiler Frameworks wie Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, SAFe oder LeSS vertraut
  • Du pflegst einen wertschätzenden Umgang und Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse und die Befähigung für nachhaltiges Veränderungsmanagement
