Meet the team:

This role is responsible for the strategic ownership and ongoing optimization of Dexcom's patient-facing web properties. The Associate Marketing Manager, Web Experience will be part of our North America Digital Experience team. It will partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless, compliant, and high-performing digital experiences that drive measurable growth in patient engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

This role requires a strong Web Manager with experience managing CMS platforms, optimizing UX and conversion pathways, and leveraging website data and insights to improve website performance continuously. This position reports to the Senior Manager, NA Digital Experience (Patients).

Where you come in:

  • Serve as primary owner and internal subject matter expert for the DTC Patients website CMS platform.
  • Partner closely with our internal Web-IT and CRM-IT teams to prioritize business website projects, join daily and weekly IT calls, and oversee website projects from requirements gathering through to testing and release.
  • Partner internally with Product Marketing, Creative Services, and external vendors to implement website content updates
  • Drive optimization of Dexcom.com's digital conversion pathways with a particular focus on optimizing lead capture webforms and customer journeys
  • Expand reach and engagement across a broadening DTC audience through SEO-driven content and site optimization
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics to inform ongoing improvements using GA4 and VWO tools.
  • Identify and implement innovative experiences on Dexcom.com (testing, enhanced UX, emerging technologies, and advanced personalization tools)

What makes you successful:

  • A strong communicator and project manager who can build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing stakeholders within the Commercial organization, and translate business requirements for IT teams and web developers
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing website CMS platforms (Drupal, Wordpress, etc) and ideally headless CMS (Contenful, Storyblok)
  • Project management experience with PM tools (e.g. Asana, Jira and Scrum framework)
  • A solid understanding of web UX principles (usability, accessibility) and tools like Figma and LucidChart
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodology and front-end web technologies (CSS, HTML5, Javascript)
  • A knowledge of modern AI search and AEO/SEO techniques
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, organizing, problem-solving, presentation, and decision-making skills

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 - 8 years of related experience.
