  • Translate strategic briefs and marketing objectives into actionable project requirements for technical and creative teams
  • Partner with UX Content Strategist and UX/Design leads to align content, design, and development delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors for platform updates, integrations, and technology deployments; manage SLAs and deliverable tracking
  • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels - from team members to VP-level sponsors

CMS / DXP & Platform Management
  • Oversee project delivery within CMS/DXP environments, with working knowledge of content publishing workflows, page building, and release management
  • Coordinate deployments and environment promotions (dev → staging → production) in collaboration with front-end developers and IT

  • Track CMS platform updates, patch schedules, and vendor-driven changes that affect project timelines or team workloads

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with Analytics team to define success metrics for digital projects and ensure tracking instrumentation is included in project scope
  • Produce regular project status reports, sprint recaps, and retrospective summaries for leadership and cross-department stakeholders
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks in project workflows and champion process improvements that increase team throughput and delivery quality

WORK CONDITIONS
  • Standard office environment; hybrid eligibility available based on role performance and team needs, after completion of training
  • Occasional travel may be required to branch locations
  • Must be able to work effectively across time zones and manage deadlines with minimal direct supervision

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing, web, or agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects that span content development, front-end development/design, and UX design disciplines
  • Hands-on familiarity with CMS/DXP platforms, content publishing workflows, page/component management, and deployment pipelines
